Finishing Quilts – get what you need

I’ve discovered that three things are needed to finish quilts. And here at Handi Quilter we do our best to supply quilters with all three. Inspiration. Education. Equipment.

When it comes to education and inspiration, there are lots of opportunities. Handi Tips, Minute Motifs, HQ Live, Handi Quilter Videos, just to name a few. We provide all of these free of charge and they are something you can do on your own, right from home.

But sometimes we need that extra hands-on, face-to-face, person-to-person interaction to really get the knowledge of our tools, that will make a difference in our quilting results. Never fear! Handi Quilter offers you that as well.

Handi Quilter University happens at HQ HQ (Handi Quilter Head Quarters) in North Salt Lake, UT several times throughout the year. The classes are two-and-a-half day retreats. You will learn, laugh, eat and quilt, quilt, quilt! Oh, and a little shopping at a local quilt shop too! Each student has their own HQ Amara with Pro-Stitcher and the expert help of 4 excellent studio educators. All materials (fabric, thread, supplies and tools) are provided. Be sure to leave room in your suitcase to take home your projects.

Ground transportation is provided as long as you book at the host hotel in the Handi Quilter block of rooms. Complimentary breakfast is available at the hotel and lunch is catered at Handi Quilter. Each evening dinner is provided as well as a trip to a local quilt shop one evening. Snacks and beverages are provided all day. Can’t quilt without a little chocolate!
